Activity: |
Complete the COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) Challenge Course Those not completing the COPE Course will have an alternative activity to complete, possibly service hours or a merit badge class. |

Drop Off: |
Friday 5PM (Eat Dinner Before) Girls Troop at Floor & Decor Parking Lot |

Pick Up: |
Sunday 11 AM at Hobby Lobby Parking Lot |
|
Food: |
Patrol Cooking (Planned on Monday the week of event) |
|
Water: |
Bring 2 full water bottles for personal use |
|
Gear: |
Standard Campout Gear including tent, daypack, Scouting Essentials, and Scout Handbook. |

Attire: |
Field Uniform - Class “A” to Camp Activity Uniform - Class “B” or other activity appropriate clothing for remainder of event The COPE Course requires wearing a harness, wear pants or shorts that are comfortable |

Medication: |
Medications will be turned in to the medical officer at drop off. Medications should have specific instructions on how to administer and dosage. |
|
Medical Forms: |
Medical forms expire after 12 months. You will be notified if your form is out of date. You will also be given instructions where to turn in a new form before the event. |
|
Waivers: |
You will receive a Waiver via email after you sign-up for the campout. Please complete them after registering and turn them in at a Troop Meeting before the campout. This applies to youth and adults. |
