Campsite: Pine Hill Scout Reservation (120 Watsontown - New Freedom Rd, Pine Hill, NJ 08021)

Sightseeing: Philadelphia

Activity:

• June 5: Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Museum of the American Revolution, the Franklin Institute, and others.
• June 6-: Climbing the famous 'Rocky' stairs, Museum of Art, Eastern State Penn, Phillies game

Drop Off:

Thursday Mid Morning Hobby Lobby or Floor & Decor Parking Lot

Pick Up:

Sunday Mid Afternoon at Hobby Lobby Parking Lot
ETA will be sent once we leave camp via email

Food:

Troop Cooking & Dining Out (included in fess)

Water:

Bring 2 full water bottles for personal use

Gear:

Standard Campout Gear including tent, daypack, Scouting Essentials, and Scout Handbook.

Attire:

Field Uniform - Class “A” to Camp

Activity Uniform - Class “B” or other activity appropriate clothing for remainder of event

Medication:

Medications will be turned in to the medical officer at drop off. Medications should have specific instructions on how to administer and dosage.

Medical Forms:

Medical forms expire after 12 months. You will be notified if your form is out of date. You will also be given instructions where to turn in a new form before the event.

PART C will be required for this event. This is the Pre-Participation Physical completed by certified and licensed physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, or physician assistants.

Travel Waivers:

You will receive a Travel Waiver via email after you sign-up for the campout. Please complete them after registering and turn them in at a Troop Meeting before the campout. This applies to youth and adults.

The number of scouts able to attend is limited based upon the number of seats available. The ratio is 3 scouts per adult leader. Sign ups will be on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to the scouts of the leaders attending.
