| Spending Money: | Scouts should bring their own money for souvenirs, sweet snacks, or other impulse buys. We will not have a "banker" for this campout - scouts are responsible for his/her money. |

Medication: |
Medications will be turned in to the medical officer at drop off. Medications should have specific instructions on how to administer and dosage. |

Medical Forms: |
Medical forms expire after 12 months. You will be notified if your form is out of date. You will also be given instructions where to turn in a new form before the event. PART C will be required for this event. This is the Pre-Participation Physical completed by certified and licensed physicians (MD, DO), nurse practitioners, or physician assistants. |

Travel Waivers: |
You will receive a Travel Waiver via email after you sign-up for the campout. Please complete them after registering and turn them in at a Troop Meeting before the campout. This applies to youth and adults. |

at 9PM The number of scouts able to attend is limited based upon the number of seats available. The ratio is 3 scouts per adult leader. Sign ups will be on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to the scouts of the leaders attending.
