Using Scout Account Funds

You can use funds earned through fundraising (visible on your TroopTrack Dashboard under "Money Account") to pay for eligible store items. Additional details on Scout Accounts are available in the Scout Account Policy (posted on TroopTrack).

To request a Scout Account withdrawal:

1. Locate the "Scout Account - Funds Use Request" item ($0.00) in the relevant store category.
2. Add it to your cart and check out.
3. During checkout, you must provide:
   • The Scout’s Full Name.
   • The specific item/event you are paying for.
   • Acknowledgment that a unique registration link will be emailed to you manually to complete the process.
   • Select "I am not requesting financial assistance. I am using my Scout Account."
4. Complete the unique registration link sent to your email in order to sign up for the event/campout.

Scout Scholarship (Financial Aid)

Troop 2860 is committed to ensuring Scouting is accessible to all.

• Confidentiality: All requests for financial aid are strictly confidential between the family and Troop/Crew Leadership.
• Request: To request assistance for an event or dues, please follow the Using Scout Account Funds process. Select “I am requesting financial assistance through a Scout Scholarship”.
• Expectation: Families receiving aid are encouraged to participate in fundraisers.
