December 4-6 , 2 Nights

Location

Camp Eagle Point 3500-3984 Taylor Ferry Rd, Boydton, VA 23917

Activity:

Build the Fort. Guard the Flag. Earn the Glory.
Spend the day designing and creating a base, flag pole, and obstacles using pioneering skills. At the end of the day, teams play capture the flag to determine the winner.

Drop Off:

Friday 5PM (Eat Dinner Before)

Boys Troop – Hobby Lobby parking lot

Pick Up:

Sunday 11 AM at Hobby Lobby Parking Lot
ETA emailed once we leave camp

Food:

Patrol cooking (planned the Monday of event week)

Water:

Bring 2 full water bottles for personal use + 2 Gallons for Troop Use

Gear:

Standard Campout Gear: tent, daypack, Scouting Essentials, Scout Handbook.

Attire:

Field Uniform (Class A) to Camp

Activity Uniform (Class B) or other activity appropriate clothing for remainder of event

Medication:

Turn in to Medical Officer at drop-off, with dosage/administration instructions.

Medical Forms:

Expire after 12 months. You'll be notified if yours is out of date, with instructions for submitting a new one.

Waivers:

Completed annually in the Troop Store. You'll be notified if yours is out of date, with instructions for submitting a new one.
